The Lamp is a much longer lasting source of light. It can be filled by right-clicking or placing them into the fluid output slot of a barrel containing 250mb of Olive Oil. Any firestarter or redstone source will light, and removing redstone power or right-clicking will snuff it out. The fuel burns out after 8000 hours by default. Most metal ingots can be worked into a Lamp.
