Weight controls stack size while size controls container suitability.
Together Size and Weight make up how many items can be held in a stack and the limits of how many of an item you can carry in a single stack. Along with that Size restricts what can be held inside some inventories.

* Large and Huge are the only sizes that have any limits applied to them.

* Chests restricts to Large and below.
* Large & Huge items can't be placed inside of most inventories. They have separate storage solutions instead, like Log Piles and Ingot Piles.

* Large vessels restricts to Normal and below.
* Huge items can only be cooked one at a time inside of a Pit Kiln.
+
* Small vessels restricts to Small and below.

* Very large items can only be cooked one at a time inside of a Pit Kiln.
Extra Restrictions with Weight
* Very Large & Huge items can't be placed inside inventories.

* Some items have their unique placing method.
*Carrying a single heavy and huge item will cause you to consume food and water slightly faster than normal.

** Ingots can be stored in Ingot Piles or in chest.
*Carrying multiple heavy and huge items at the same time will make you incapable of moving.

** Logs can only be stored in Log Piles.

* Carrying a single huge item will cause you to consume food and water slightly faster than normal.
Stack Size Table
* Carrying multiple huge items at the same time will make you overburdened, you will be incapable of jumping and movement speed will be really slower than normal.
Each box corresponds to the maximum stack amount for every Size+Weight combination.
