Clay is an item obtained by breaking Clay Dirt. It can be shaped into Unfired Pottery or Clay Tool Molds for use in the Pit Kiln or crafted into Vanilla Clay Blocks.
In warmer climates, the Athyrium Fern indicates Clay Dirt, and in cooler climates, Russian Sage indicates it.
