Creation
The Quern Base is crafted with 3 Smooth Stone over 3 Raw Stone of any type. It must be placed on the ground.
The Quern Handstone is crafted with 3 stone of any kind and a stick. 
Right Click with the Handstone on the placed base to create the Quern.
Use
Place an item in the Quern by Right Clicking with it in the center. Then, grind by Right Click ing the handle. To retrieve your items, Right Click on the base.
